NEET Preparation: The App That Gives Incentives For Learning

Founded in 2019 by IIT Madras alumnus Taran Singh and Sachin Sanodiya, Melvano app, claims that it not only offers free learning content for JEE and NEET aspirants but also rewards students with in-app currency.

A Bengaluru-based education exam preparation start-up has come up with an innovative idea of rewarding its learners for studying from the app.

Founded in 2019 by IIT Madras alumnus Taran Singh and Sachin Sanodiya, Melvano App, claims that it not only offers free learning content for JEE and NEET aspirants but also rewards students with in-app currency.

Melvano is one of India’s learning apps for JEE and NEET aspirants. The app offers mock tests and personalized courses for every user.

The start-up also claims that it is one of the fastest-growing learning platforms for IIT-JEE & NEET aspirants and has been able to gain support from over 2 lakh students across the country. In 2021, more than 10 students from Melvano scored 99 percentile and above in JEE Mains.

The app claims that it is an artificial intelligence-powered learning application that analyses weak areas of students and creates personalized coursework based on the assessment. It says that the app offers learning through videos, practice material, live classes and tests completely free of cost.

Melvano says the students rewarded with Melvano coins each time they complete a chapter or take a test on the app. These coins can be later redeemed while purchasing any premium services of Melvano like live classes and personal mentoring by IIT alumnus.
