About MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital, Bangalore

MVJ medical college is a well-established educational institute for imparting quality medical education. The college was established in 2001 under the umbrella of Venkatesha Education Society. It is located in Hoskote, a rural district of Bangalore and is well connected to the city.

MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital (MVJMC&RH) was established in 2001 under the umbrella of Venkatesha Education Society (VES) with the vision of founder Dr M V Jayaraman to provide affordable healthcare to the rural population in and around Hoskote. It caters to 454 villages comprising of talukas Hoskote, Malur and Chintamani.

It has all the broad specialities in Medicine and Surgery and also some super specialities in these two branches. It is equipped with the state- of –the- art equipment, intensive care areas and all other supportive services. It is an NABH entry level certified and ISO accredited institution giving quality care to the rural population at zero cost. MVJMC&RH has established the “MVJ Neurosciences Centre” to afford Neurosurgical care in hospital premises.

Eligibility & Admission Process for MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital, Bangalore

Eligibility MBBS

– Pass with minimum 50 % marks in Intermediate (Bi.P.C)

– Must Qualify in NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test)

Admission Process

Admission to the MBBS programme is based on candidates’ performance in NEET. Once the NEET results are declared, then the eligible candidates are called for counselling process.
