The medical college is located at 99 A, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore. It has direct access from the Avanashi Road – National Highway 544 and is very near to the Coimbatore International Airport. The Academic block of the KMCH Institute of Health Sciences houses the Dean’s Office, Lecture Theatres, Library, and the Pre and Para clinical Departments. The institute has a separate Medical College Hospital. The hospital provides outpatient and inpatient services in all specialties including General Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Dermatology, TB and Respiratory Diseases, General surgery, Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Dentistry.

A new state of the art 650 bed hospital facility housing the future expansions of the project is one of the institutions newest offerings. KMCH institute of Health Sciences has got approval from the State Government. The Essentiality Certificate (Ref No., (4D) No.5/McA-2/2018., dated 16.05.2018) has been issued by the Health and Family welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University has issued the Consent of Affiliation (Ref No.:Affln.III (3)/13226i2018 dated 29.06.2018) of the college under The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai.

Lecture hall:

Currently we have six fully air-conditioned lecture theatres with Audio Visual aids with a capacity of 180 students each.

Demonstration Rooms:

Currently we have seven demonstration rooms with a seating capacity of 90 students each. Each demonstration room is well ventilated and has projector and other Audio-Visual aids.

Common rooms:

Separate well-ventilated common rooms are available for boys and girls.

Labs:

Six labs with all facilities, which are fully functional are available in college block.

Library:

A Centrally airconditioned library with a collection of 5300 medical books are available. Separate own book reading section is available for reading own books. Internet section for e-learning with 40 separate nodes is available.

Each department has an individual Department library with a collection of at least 80 books.

Residential:

Residential facilities for boys, girls and staff members are available separately.
