Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College began with 50 students in its inaugural academic year of 1999-2000. Today, it hosts approximately 827 students, admitting 145 students each academic session, including up to 45% international students. The fifteenth batch is currently undergoing internship training at the Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital (HFRCMCH), a 720-bed tertiary care hospital that has been providing clinical services in all medical specialties since its establishment in 1953.
