NMC Affiliation

The University of Jammu has agreed in principle, to affiliate Government Medical College, Udhampur for the of MBBS Course with an annual intake as recommended by the Regulatory Body, subject to the fulfillment of all statutory requirements procedure/conditions laid down in the statutes governing affiliation of the Colleges and other Institutions as notified by the University including permission of the National Medical Commission us 26 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019. The Consent of Affiliation shall be valid for processing of application for three academic years from the date of issue.

Eligibility & Admission Process for Government Medical College, Udhampur

Eligibility MBBS

– Pass with minimum 50 % marks in Intermediate (Bi.P.C)

– Must Qualify in NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test)

Admission Process

Admission to the MBBS programme is based on candidates’ performance in NEET. Once the NEET results are declared, then the eligible candidates are called for counselling process.
