Mahatma Gandhi Hospital Situated in Bhilwara at about seven kilometres from the Medical College, this is the main hospital attached to the Medical College with the strength of about 433 beds. Earlier it was the district hospital of Bhilwara under the control of Director Medical and health Services, Rajasthan.

Now it is the main hospital attached to Medical College. This hospital spread over the large campus and along with the hospital building other facilities situated in the campus are- Central laboratory, Blood bank, Mechanical Laundry, Incinerator, Mortuary, CT scan, Lecture theatre, and residential accommodation for staff and faculty members etc.

This hospital provides free investigations and treatment to the BPL and other free category patients. Major facilities available in the hospital includes- General wards along with well-equipped air-conditioned operation theatres, ICU, ICCU, emergency ward, post-operative ward, burn ward, and cottage ward; endoscopy, CT scan, digital X-ray, USG, dialysis, radio therapy, blood bank with component facility, pathological, microbiological and biochemical investigations in central laboratory, computerized registration and help desk services.

Mother and Child Hospital situated in the campus of MG Hospital headed by Medical Superintendent. The hospital was later on extended & new wards, operation theatre & intensive care units were started as per the needs of the patients. Gynaecology & Paediatric Medicine Departments are catering their services in this hospital.
