About Government Medical College, Bharatpur, Rajasthan
The Bharatpur medical college came into existence in 2017 under the aegis of Rajasthan Medical education society (Raj-MES). Dr Ashok Kumar Kumawat, Sr Professor Physiology joined this institute on 25/01/2017 as the first Principal and controller. This institute fulfills the long-awaited need of a medical college with state-of-the-art health care facilities in Bharatpur division.
The Bharatpur division consists of 4 districts; Bharatpur, Dhaulpur, Karauli and Sawai Madhapur and 11 tehsils under its administration. Bharatpur district also share its geographic border with Nuh District of Haryana, Mathura and Agra districts of Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, this institute would cater to the health care needs of large population of Bharatpur division and also to the population of neighbouring districts of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
The Bharatpur medical college campus is situated at Agra-Jaipur national Highway- NH 11 with its hospital wings situated in the heart of Bharatpur city. The Bharatpur city boasts of its rich heritage and culture and is well connected through its road and railways network for convenient access for the patients.
The main goals of this institute are to provide quality medical education to the under graduate (M.B.B.S) students, to offer highest Quality of Patient care and progressive contribution towards medical research.

Eligibility & Admission Process for Government Medical College, Bharatpur, Rajasthan
