NEET 2023: Here are some expert tips to get AIR 1 in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2023.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. NEET is an all-India medical entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduate courses in medicine and dentistry. It’s a highly competitive exam and every year lakhs of candidates compete for a few thousand seats. Naturally, the aspirants have to contend with a lot of pressure and undergo substantial rigor in the course of their preparations.

The aspirants should be healthy and composed while facing the examination. One must follow a healthy diet for physical and mental fitness. Ensure that you are getting proper nutrition and avoid junk food.

8. REGULAR STUDY BREAKS ARE A MUST:

It is important to realize it is hard to maintain an optimum level of concentration without taking adequate breaks. All the candidates who are appearing in the NEET exam need to finish 200 questions in about 200 minutes. This means that one cannot afford to invest more than 1 minute per question, on average. Time management is therefore the main aspect of success in NEET. So, keep in your mind the time limit and practice test papers regularly to achieve better time management.
